In October we hold school tours, where kids visit a classroom we set up in a greenhouse. They will learn about farming as welll as many interesting facts about food and how it gets from the farm to the table. They will be able to take a hayride, build a scarecrow to bring back to the classroom, crawl through a straw maze, walk through a corn maze, visit with the animals and pick a pumpkin to take home with them! A lot of times the crop harvesting equipment is available to look at as well. Parents and kids both enjoy seeing the tractors, trucks and combines.
